Anodized Suction Plates
Anodized suction plates ensure high resistance to oxidation and corrosion. Unlike non-anodized or plastic/rubber plates used by some competitors, USC plates are not subject to structural variations due to temperature changes or flexion.
Vulcanized Rubber Plate
Thanks to vulcanized suction plates, the rubber cannot detach from the plate as with glued rubber, especially with ambient temperature variations. Each model has its own dedicated rubber seal with no junctions.
Height and Planarity Precision
Latest generation machinery and final rectification ensure height accuracy within 0.03mm (0.0011″). The suction cup plans are rectified for maximum precision and flatness (0.03mm – 0.0011″).
